We have prepared a simple, computerised method of bookkeeping suitable for small businesses and the self-employed.

It takes only minutes to load it up and to understand it. It's rather like what an accountant would call an electronic "analysed cashbook".

Once you are happy that it works, there will be no more adding up - and you can see what you have in the bank (subject to normal bank rules) at a glance. Your sales, bankings, and categorised expenses (bank and non-bank items) will all be added up for you - so you can see the situation at a glance. Of course, it's not guaranteed - (it's free !) - but we have been using it ourselves for years. Ask your accountant to reduce his / her fees - unless, of course, your records are already perfect.
